As a licensed Geriatrician in Mexico with extensive experience in the Canadian healthcare system, Lilian brings a unique combination of clinical expertise and operational excellence to the organization.
Lilian holds a Master’s in Business Administration with a specialization in Healthcare, a post-degree in Advanced Healthcare Management and Leadership from Lambton College, and a Patient Safety, Quality, and Leadership Diploma from the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. She is also an active member of the Canadian College of Health Leaders and holds a Project Manager Professional designation by the Project Management Institute. These qualifications reflect her dedication to advancing healthcare management and improving system-wide efficiency.
Since relocating to Canada, Lilian has played a pivotal role in transforming clinic workflows, improving efficiency, and ensuring seamless healthcare delivery for over 30,000 patients across Ontario. Beginning her journey with Mimico Medical, she quickly rose to lead operations, driving innovation and setting new standards for healthcare excellence.
Under her leadership, Mimico Medical Management has launched groundbreaking services, including the development and implementation of new clinic workflows for both OHIP and non-OHIP services, as well as managing medical clinics within senior care facilities. Passionate about harnessing technology to enhance healthcare outcomes, Lilian spearheads initiatives to integrate AI-powered solutions that reduce administrative burdens on healthcare providers.
